Gloss meters has been widely used for many industries for surface gloss measurement of paint, plastic, metal, ceramics, building materials, leather and so on. Gloss meters made by CHNSpec conforms to the standards ASTM D 523, D2457, DIN 67530, ISO 2813, ISO 7668, JIS Z8741, BS3900, BS6161, JJG696 and so on.
One of our customers requires me to compare our test result with BYK Gardner gloss meter. Today we will our CS-300 paint gloss meter to compare with BYK gloss meter. The following is the sample picture. Sample is painting material.
Paint Gloss Meter Test Method
1. Turn on gloss meters and then calibration them. Put instruments on the first sample, press “test”, then we can see the test result directly on screen.
