1. Sample preparation: Prepare the soy sauce sample and clean container to be tested. The container should be cleaned and wiped clean before use to ensure that there are no impurities and bubbles. Pour the soy sauce into the container, taking care to remove bubbles as much as possible so as not to affect the measurement results.
2. Instrument calibration: After starting up, black and white calibration is performed to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the instrument measurement results.
3. Place the sample: Exit the calibration page and place the prepared soy sauce sample in the measurement position to ensure that the sample is placed stably and avoid light leakage affecting the result.
4. Measurement and preservation: press the measurement key to measure and save the sample data as the standard sample value. After the standard sample measurement is completed, the sample measurement method is consistent with the standard sample. After the measurement is completed, the sample data are compared to visually observe whether there is a color difference in soy sauce.
