Haze meter measures the amount of light that is diffused or scattered when passing through a transparent material. Haze meter CS-720 made by CHNSpec Tech can measure both haze and total transmittance. It can achieve transmission compensation measurement, providing more accurate transmittance test results.

Recently we get an inquiry from a customer who wants to measure the haze and total transmittance of light glass cover. Today we will introduce how to measure it.
Step 1. Switch on the haze meter, then do 0% and 100% calibration.
Step 2. Press “Test” to measure the haze and transmittance for target.
Step 3. Press “enter” we can measure the sample and compare the difference between target and sample. (Y means pass. N means fail.)
Only need 3 steps, we can check the samples haze and transmittance is qualified or not. We can also set the tolerance according to different measurement requirements.
